The VersaT8 is a Ballast Compatible/Plug N Play + Ballast Bypass LED Tube. åÊWhile other LED tubes are only T8 ballast compatible, when the ballast does not function, one will not be able toåʉÛÏBypass‰۝ the ballast which leads to an expense of purchasing a new ballast and replacing the defective ballast for the LED light to work. TheåÊuniqueåÊfeature with GreenTek's VersaT8 tube is it will allow an individual to Bypass the ballast should the ballast go bad saving onåÊmaintenanceåÊand product costs! They are also UL Listed, which means they come with a 3-years warranty.

Preparing For Installation

1. Check the ballast installed in the field and make sure the ballast is in manufacturer‰۪s ballast list which can be found below. If the ballast out of the manufacturer‰۪s ballast list, a test may beåÊneeded beforeåÊany mass installation.
2. Loose and damaged lamp holder and socket need to be adjusted or be replaced.

Installation Manual

Installation Procedure:

Note: You will need to bypass the ballast for retrofit installations.
1. Turn off the power to the light fixture at the breaker panel before installation.
2. Open the diffuser from the light fixture.
3. Remove the fluorescent tubes. Please dispose of these items properly as they contain mercury.

4. Cut the wires shown as the diagram below.
5. Make the new wire connect to branch circuit shown as the diagram below.

6. Replace the cover over the wiring channel.
7. Install the LED tubes, close the diffuser.
